Question 1

Are Zyvora Academy programs degrees?

Accepted Answer

No. Programs lead to professional credentials issued by Zyvora Academy. They are not academic degrees and do not carry university credit unless a specific, verified agreement is published on the program page.

Question 2

How do I choose between 3, 6, 12 and 18 months?

Accepted Answer

Shorter options build one skill area; longer ones add depth, electives and larger capstones. Not every program is offered at every length, because we only offer durations the subject genuinely needs. PathFinder will suggest a starting point.

Question 3

Can I switch programs after starting?

Accepted Answer

Transfers within the first two weeks are handled by admissions case by case. The detailed policy will be published with the terms of enrollment.

Question 4

What does the application involve?

Accepted Answer

An online form covering your background, experience and goals, plus program-specific eligibility questions. Some advanced programs include a short technical conversation.

Question 5

Do you require transcripts or documents?

Accepted Answer

Only where a program states it. Most programs assess readiness through your application answers and, where needed, a short skills check.

Question 6

How much do programs cost?

Accepted Answer

Tuition is published per program and duration before each intake opens. Request a fee sheet from any program page to be notified.

Question 7

Are instalments or financing available?

Accepted Answer

Payment options depend on your country and our payment partners. Available options will be shown at checkout; we do not promise financing approval.

Question 8

Can I pay online?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once admissions has agreed an amount with you, pay it by card on the Get access page. Card payments are in US dollars and processed by Stripe. You can ask for a refund within 3 days (72 hours) of purchase; the refund policy has the details.

Question 9

How much time do I need each week?

Accepted Answer

Each program lists a weekly range, typically 6 to 15 hours. Live sessions are scheduled with time-zone awareness and recorded.

Question 10

What happens if I fall behind?

Accepted Answer

Mentors help you plan catch-up time. Learners who need longer can apply to pause and rejoin a later cohort under the published deferral policy.

Question 11

How can an employer verify my certificate?

Accepted Answer

Every certificate has a unique ID and QR code linking to a public verification page that shows its status.

Question 12

Can you train a whole team?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Zyvora for Teams offers private cohorts, custom pathways and progress reporting for organisations.
